Doretta enjoys assisting others in achieving their dreams. Whether you are looking for your dream home, an investment property, or need space for your business, she is able to help. Doretta has spent many years helping individuals and businesses purchase homes or commercial spaces; lease office space; acquire short- and long-term investment properties; as well as worked with real estate developers in land acquisition and entitlement. Prior to her real estate career, she spent over 20 years as a business owner and manager primarily in software development. Dreams do come true! Doretta has dreamt of living on the Oregon Coast for over 25 years and is finally here. She loves to cook and is an admitted Food Network addict. She is excited to learn new recipes using wonderful Oregon ingredients and fresh seafood from along the beautiful Oregon Coast. Giving back to the community is important. She has been active in several charitable events such as the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Christmas in July for the Road Home Shelter, and other fundraising events. She is a proud member of Toastmasters International and the Yaquina Toastmasters Club. Doretta is a licensed principal broker with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and a licensed associate broker with the Utah Division of Real Estate. She has earned a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and ePRO certification through the National Association of Realtors. She also is a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors, Lincoln County Board of Realtors, as well as a former member of the Utah Association of Realtors and Salt Lake Board of Realtors where she was named Rookie of the Year finalist and is an Honor Society Member.
