The Netherlands Cobi D’Eau Claire (say, “Doe-Claire”) was raised in a quiet Dutch village east of Amsterdam where a strong work ethic, a tradition of community service and concern for her neighbors were cornerstones of her upbringing. Real Estate Cobi has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon for more than ten years, serving the needs of northwest and coastal property owners. Business Experience A skilled transaction manager, Cobi follows through the entire process of each sale or purchase from first offer to close of escrow, keeping our clients aware of exactly what must be done for the transaction to be completed successfully to their satisfaction. Cobi’s expertise includes performing the detailed comparative analysis required to establish the most probable selling price of Real Estate. Her analytical skills are in constant demand by lending institutions as well as her real estate clients. Cobi brings to her work over 30 years of experience in business including cost and project analysis and management in many diverse settings. Former employers include the Hewlett-Packard Company, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the Boeing Corporation, the Dutch Television Network in Holland and Warner-Lambert Ltd. in England. I consider it a privilege to serve each of my real estate clients with the same high standards. Community Involvement Cobi has been an active member of the Lions Club for 10 years and is currently serving in the Waldport Lions Club where she focuses on community service activities. |
