If you are interested in real estate in the Newport area, I would love to work with you. I have been involved with real estate most of my life and licensed for 18 years. I hold a real estate license in both Oregon and California and am a member of both Lincoln County Board of Realtors as well as the Regional Board of Realtors. These two Multiple Listing services cover most of Oregon. I have been in the top 10% Nationwide from 1997-2006. I aspire to provide my clients with outstanding service for their real estate needs and transactions. I'm a resident of Newport and belong to the following organizations: As a “transplant” myself, I am sensitive and knowledgeable about the needs of a transferee. It can be a very challenging experience for single transferees, but especially for those with families. As a mother of four, I know the types of questions, needs and services that frequently come up with moving. I am totally dedicated to listening to my clients' wants and needs and am dedicated to giving 100% excellent service, making sure each trasaction goes as smooth as possible. I also pride myself in keeping up with the latest trends, market changes and technology. In negotiations, this has proven to be advantageous in my success and representation of my clients. To help those relocating or investing in the area, I have prepared a special packet. This includes lodging, restaurants, entertainment, schools (both private and public), doctors, dentists, lawyers and moving van facilities. Please call and I will be happy to send it to you! As the Windermere Fundraiser Coordinator I spearhead a winter coats distribution in collaboration with St. Stephan's Church to provide winter coats, gloves, and scarfs as well as a hot bowl of soup and bread at their Monday night meetings. Giving back to the community and those less fortunate is a mission of mine. |
